The WELL’s Reservations team takes pride in offering our customers superior service and creative solutions to assist you in the planning of your next successful event. Our facility has dedicated conference and meeting spaces that are available to the campus community and non-profit (501c3) community organizations.
All WELL conference rooms are carpeted with in-house sound, built-in screens, video projectors, and a variety of table/chair setup options.
The WELL offers a variety of flexible meeting spaces designed to accommodate board meetings, conferences, trainings, and special events.
Terrace Suite
The Terrace Suite consists of three adjoining meeting rooms—Vineyard, Meadow, and Aspen. The rooms may be reserved individually or combined as Vineyard/Meadow, Meadow/Aspen, or the full Terrace Suite to accommodate larger events.
Shoreline Room
Executive boardroom setup with permanent conference table and seating for up to 16. This room is ideal for board meetings, executive meetings, interviews, and small conferences.
Our dedicated staff will guide and assist you through the reservation and planning process. On the day of your event, staff will be readily available to help with any last-minute needs you may have.
All reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance. The WELL reservation staff will typically respond within two business days to all inquiries.
Reservations are made through OPUS. If you have an existing OPUS account, and need to add The WELL as a location for reservations, please email us to have your account updated. Include the account name you use to log into OPUS, so we can quickly update your account in our system. To use OPUS on a wireless connection, you must be logged into Global Protect. If you are using a hard-wired connection and are not able to connect to OPUS directly, you may also need to login to Global Protect.
Tours can be arranged to view the available WELL space prior to making a reservation. For rental information regarding The WELL activity space (i.e. gym box, fitness studios, etc…), or to tour the various rental facilities at The WELL, please e-mail the Event Services staff.

The fees below are the current WELL Activity Space Rental Fees. All activity space reservations are per hour at the listed rate. Additional fees may be charged for required staffing to facilitate events.
